Commercial Projects

We undertake commercial projects of all sizes from large steel framed buildings to smaller retail development conversions.

Extensions

Transform your home with an extension either contemporary or traditional adding space and light. We can spend time talking though your likes and dislikes and create a stunning new extension. We have experience of designs both for modern and period homes.

Bungalow Conversions

Remodelling

Update your home without the cost and upheaval of moving or building from scratch. Remodelling your home could include removing internal walls to create a large open plan living space, a new extension or a loft conversion. The relevant Building Regulations and planning can be organised for you.

Structural Calculations

Structural calculations are required to confirm a wall can be removed or an existing opening enlarged and replaced with a structural beam. A site visit can be organised and the property assessed by a Chartered Engineer who can then prepare the calculation sheets and designs for building control.

Listed & Period

We have worked on properties in conservation areas and offer sensitive solutions for projects that involve listed and period buildings.

Drawings & Design

We are happy to meet clients for a free initial consultation to talk through your aspirations, requirements and budget. We will offer our thoughts and ideas about how to progress your scheme.

We will then produce feasibility sketches that can then be developed to full detailed design drawings and apply for the various permissions on your behalf.
